How does the process work?

  • Review the data
  • Run the model
  • Draft analyses

Step 05:

Draft Review

  • Submit draft report to project liaison
  • Receive comments within 5 business days
  • Schedule virtual debrief

Step 06:


  • Review project report with client team
  • Answer any questions
  • Finalize report

Please note: Debriefs are typically virtual. In-person debriefs are an option and require an additional fee and expense coverage.

The models are divided into three categories,
according to their purpose:


The Organize Models are diagnostic tools that identify redundancies, complications, or obstacles to completing goals.


The Plan Models assess impacts and develop solutions to tactical issues.


The Strategize Models assess and analyze issues affecting an institution’s ability to implement its strategy.

Our work product, including the project report, delivered or otherwise communicated during the course of this engagement, is based upon methodologies and assumptions, which the client has determined as sufficient for its purposes. The work product is also based on the information provided by the client. As such, we are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in that original resource material. The terms of our engagement do not provide for incorporating events, developments, and transactions that occur subsequent to the date on which the information in our work is based.

Preston Argus shall be obligated to protect confidential information disclosed during this project that is: (a) disclosed in tangible form clearly labeled as confidential at the time of disclosure, or (b) disclosed initially in nontangible form identified as confidential at the time of disclosure and, within 30 days following the initial disclosure, summarized and designated as confidential in a written memorandum delivered to Preston Argus.

This imposes no obligation upon Preston Argus with respect to any confidential information disclosed by the client in connection with the project which: (a) was in Preston Argus’ possession before receipt from the client; or (b) is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of Preston Argus; or (c) is rightfully received by Preston Argus from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or (d) is disclosed by the client to a third party without a duty of confidentiality on the third party; or (e) is disclosed under operation of law; or (f) is disclosed by Preston Argus with the client’s prior written approval.

The information you share with us during the project will be kept confidential.  We will archive your data for one year and then delete it from our records.  We will keep the project report for five years and then delete it.

Models will generate multiple conclusions, options, and action items.  While the project report may suggest or recommend a particular course of action, making that decision and the subsequent implementation plan is your responsibility.
